Mission

The mission needs to be not only what we are to do, but more importantly who we are to be.  As a church planter I knew that it would be the most important statement I could make about what kind of church we need to be.  Unlike our values conversation, I offered up the mission statement myself.  We continue to live into our mission.  It is this:

We are followers of Jesus Christ who are sent into the world to be the embodiment of Christ in the world, worshiping in Spirit and truth, living life together in authenticity, eagerly serving the community, and intentionally crossing barriers from church to non-church in word and deed for the sake of the proclamation of the gospel.
